Dear Mary,
We all get so busy these days that it’s easy to say thank you verbally, but we want to take a moment and tell you in a note how much we loved working with you, and your staff. From the moment we sat down at our first interview we had a connection with you. We felt like you listened to our ideas on how we wanted our house to unfold. Indeed you did, taking an empty house and turning it into a lovely home for our family. We had specific ideas for each room, especially the children’s rooms. You couldn’t have made them happier, they ran from room to room in absolute delight, you definitely got their seal of approval. As for our Master bedroom, WOW, we feel like we retire to our own sunset at the end of each day, you really gave us a place that feels so personal with all your special touches. Particularly in the art work you chose.
Your staff was always available to answer any question, and if they didn’t have the answer, they were quick to get back to me. If I called in a panic over some problem you would put my mind at ease, and would say don’t worry we will take care of it. We counted on you many times, you didn’t let us down. We were never left wondering what was happening. Truly I don’t know how we would have pulled this together without your expertise. You were ready on time, and had all the deliveries scheduled so that when we arrived we turned the key and walked into our new home with every little detail taken care of. Right down to the accessories.
You saw our vision and you made it happen. We will enjoy our new home thanks to you and your staff. If the time comes that we have to do this again you will be the first one we call. Also wanted to say my mother-in-law loved our house so much, that I know you took on the task of redoing her master bedroom and she loves it. We are happy to say we can give our friends The Uncommon Designer’s card and know we have done them a favor. It was a pleasure working with you.
